We run personal training from Long Stratton Leisure Centre and NR Fitness in Wymondham. We also offer at-home personal training using our fully equipped mobile gym and online coaching through the FordFit App.

Do I need to be fit before starting?

Not at all. Every FordFit programme is built around your current ability, fitness level, and confidence. Whether you’re new to training or looking to push performance further, Toby adapts each session to help you progress safely.

What’s included with online coaching?

Online clients get full access to the FordFit App, personalised training and nutrition plans, weekly check-ins, and ongoing coach support — perfect if you prefer to train from home or at your own gym.
